A bisphenol A ( BPA) degrading strain B-16 was isolated from compost leachate of municipal solid waste. According to the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical, and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA, the strain was identified preliminarily as Achromobacter xylosoxidans. 从好氧堆肥反应器的渗滤液中分离到1株降解内分泌干扰物双酚A的细菌B-16.经过对其形态特征、生理生化以及16Srdna序列分析,该菌株初步鉴定为Achromobacterxylosoxidans。
