Objective To observe the curative effect of combined middle and inferior transmeatus antrostomy on chronic maxillary sinusitis.
目的观察鼻内窥镜中、下鼻道联合造孔术治疗慢性上颌窦炎的疗效。
For endoscopic antrostomy group, 121 sides ( 93.8%) were cured and sides ( 6.2%) were improved.
鼻内窥镜下上颌窦口扩大术组治愈121侧（93.8%），好转8侧（6.2%）。
