OBJECTIVES: Through 68 patients of audile reconstruction with carbon material, to discuss the use of carbon materials in the audile reconstruction. 目的:通过68耳应用了炭材料的听力重建手术,探讨炭质材料在听力重建手术中的相关问题。
Results As the graft materials in tympanoplasty, tragus perichondrium and temporal muscular fasciae are effective to enhance the efficiency of drum membrane and audile of patients. 结果应用耳屏软骨膜及颞肌筋膜作为鼓膜移植材料,两者在提高鼓膜成活率和患者听力方面均效果良好。
Cases recovered and study in common school, 18 cases achieved to Language-degree 3, 10 cases are training. the language rehabilitation was significant difficulty in the elder group than in other groups but Audile was no difference. 经术后康复7例进入普通学校正常学习,18例到达语言三级水平,10例在康复中,其中大年龄段语前聋患者术后听力水平虽与其他组相同,但语言康复显著困难。
MOTHODS: Otitis media simplex chronicus 2 patients, otitis media caries type 3 patients, otitis media cholesteatoma 63 patients, whole repaired and operated I stage audile reconstruction with carbon materials. 方法:慢性单纯性中耳炎2例,骨疡型中耳炎3例,胆脂瘤型中耳炎63例,均应用炭材料修复并行Ⅰ期听力重建手术。
