By the way of blending, the acid dyeable polypropylene is manufactured. The BCPA content of polypropylene, the kind of dyestuff, temperature and pH value, which influence the dyeing properties of polypropylene, are studied. 采用共混改性的方法,研制出酸性可染丙纶,探讨了BCPA含量、染料种类、温度、pH值对丙纶染色性能的影响。

The result shows that 8% BCPA, weak acid dye, proper temperature and pH value meet good dyeability for polypropylene. 结果表明,当BCPA含量为8%,选用弱酸性染料,适当控制染色温度和染浴pH值就可获得良好的可染性。
