In this paper according to the cracks in brick masonry structure, floor, blockwork and reinforced concrete structure the causes are analyzed and some corresponding technical measures are propose to realize the structural safety and serviceability of building. 针对砖混结构顶层墙体温度裂缝、楼地面裂缝、砌块墙体裂缝、钢筋混凝土结构裂缝等常见裂缝,分析了裂缝产生的原因,并提出相应的技术措施,保证了建筑物的正常使用和结构安全。
