The kinds of forages on the Old World bluestem rangelands were 22 families, 74 species. There were 26 species in per meter square and the species saturation was large. 组成白羊草草地的牧草种类较多,有22科74种牧草,且种的饱和度大,平均每平方米有26种牧草;

Results showed that 1 old world bluestem which mainly constitute the old world bluestem Shrub Grassland, had highest degree of dominate, sedge ( Carex spp.) 试验结果表明:1、白羊草灌丛草地以建群种白羊草的优势度最高,其次是苔草、隐子草、达乌里胡枝子等。
Though there were different plants, which could be grazed by beasts in different stages from return green to wither of old world bluestem Shrub Grassland, it is most suitable for grazing in August. 从白羊草群落牧草的返青到枯萎,不同时期均有不同牧草可供放牧利用,但以8月份为最佳利用时期。
The main conclusions were as follows: 1. Whether in monoculture or mixtures, water stress decreased biomass production of both species and the old world bluestem was more sensitive to water deficiency. 主要结果如下:1.不论在单播或者二者混播条件下,水分胁迫均显著降低白羊草与达乌里胡枝子生物量,且白羊草对水分胁迫的响应更敏感。
