Purpose: To evaluate MRI and CT diagnosis in lesions of masticator space. 目的:评价MRI和CT对咀嚼间隙病变的诊断价值。
Materials and Methods CT and MRI findings of 21 cases with diseases arising from masticator space confirmed pathologically were retrospectively studied. 资料与方法回顾分析21例经手术病理证实的咀嚼肌间隙原发病变的CT、MRI资料。
Conclusion MR imaging could demonstrate the muscles, fat, the course of internal maxillary artery and the main trunk of the mandibular nerve in the nasopharyngeal masticator space. 结论MRI能够显示鼻咽咀嚼肌间隙内肌肉、脂肪、上颌动脉主干、脑膜中动脉及下颌神经在鼻咽咀嚼肌间隙内的大体走行。
