Semiconductor CdS nanorods were successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method with. monodentate ligand methylamine as assistant. The obtained CdS nanorods were characterized by using TEM, XRD, Raman, and PL techniques respectively. 以单齿络合剂甲胺为辅助通过水热法制备了CdS纳米棒,所得CdS纳米棒分别用TEM、XRD、Raman和PL等技术进行了表征。
