结论：囊内RF治疗耳廓假性囊肿，疗效确切，操作简单，无致畸性，适合临床推广使用。
Methods: Thirty four cases of perichondritis of auricle were treated by intra-capsular RF with home-made RF probe.
方法：对66例耳廓假性囊肿患者进行随机分组，RF组34例，利用自制RF探头对耳廓假性囊肿进行囊内RF治疗；
Results 21 cases were healed in a week, accounting for 70%. 9 cases ( 30%) who complicated suppurative perichondritis of auricle were healed in half a month.
结果21例患者1周内愈合，占70%，9例并发软骨膜炎（占30%），半月内痊愈。
