Objective: To investigate treating perichondritis of auricle using radio frequency ( RF) thermocoagulation. 目的:探讨射频(RadiofrequencyRF)技术治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。
Conclusion: Radio frequency thermocoagulation is effective in treating perichondritis of auricle and applicable for clinical popularization. 结论:囊内RF治疗耳廓假性囊肿,疗效确切,操作简单,无致畸性,适合临床推广使用。
Methods: Thirty four cases of perichondritis of auricle were treated by intra-capsular RF with home-made RF probe. 方法:对66例耳廓假性囊肿患者进行随机分组,RF组34例,利用自制RF探头对耳廓假性囊肿进行囊内RF治疗;
Results 21 cases were healed in a week, accounting for 70%. 9 cases ( 30%) who complicated suppurative perichondritis of auricle were healed in half a month. 结果21例患者1周内愈合,占70%,9例并发软骨膜炎(占30%),半月内痊愈。
