It is concluded that for the first time the present study shows that plumbagin can inhibit cell proliferation, block cell cycle and induce apoptosis of APL cell line NB4 cells. 结论:本研究首次证实白花丹醌能够抑制APL细胞系NB4的增殖、诱导细胞凋亡及阻滞细胞周期进程。

Conclusion: Plumbagin could significantly inhibit the growth of T-24 cells by suppressing proliferation and inducing cell apoptosis, which lays the groundwork for further investigation into the mechanisms of anti-tumor effects of Plumbagin. 结论:白花丹素能通过抑制细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡对膀胱癌T24的生长发挥明显的抑制的作用。本研究为进一步研究白花丹素抗癌机制奠定了基础。

In this dissertation, a series of plumbagin derivatives have been obtained through the structural modification of active constituent plumbagin from traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM).
