Methods The content of formaldehyde in rongalite was determined by sulfurous acid, magenta and acetylacetone spectrophotometry respectively. 方法采用品红亚硫酸法和乙酰丙酮法测定吊白块中甲醛含量,并计算样品中吊白块的含量。
Conclusion Both sulfurous acid, magenta and acetylacetone spectrophotometric methods were suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in rongalite in the laboratory of basic units, and acetylacetone spectrophotometric method was better because less environmental factors interfered with the detection results. 结论品红亚硫酸法和乙酰丙酮法均适于基层实验室检测吊白块的甲醛含量,乙酰丙酮法受外界环境的影响小,更为适用。
