Objective: To explore the relationship between cellular and molecular genetics of Y chromatosome and gonadal hormone levels in the patients with spermophlebectasia complicating with azoospermia and to explore the endocrinological mechanism of gene mini-deletion in AZF domain of Y chromatosome. 目的研究精索静脉曲张并发无精子症患者Y染色体的细胞分子遗传学和性激素水平的相关性,探索Y染色体AZF区域基因微缺失的来源机制和内分泌学机制。
Conclusion At high locational laparoscope ligation of spermatic cord veins has the advantages of minimal trauma, good curative effect, less complication. It is an optimal method to cure spermophlebectasia. 结论腹腔镜精索内静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张具有创伤小,疗效好,并发症少等优点,是治疗精索静脉曲张的理想方法。
Conclusions: The value of internal spermatic vein high ligation by laparoscopy and patent operation for single lateral Spermophlebectasia are same; 结论对于一侧精索静脉曲张,腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎和小切口腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎并无明显的优劣之分。
