RESULT: Osteoblasts appeared in each group at three days later after cell culture, then the amount of osteoblast gradually increasing, the volume of cell gradually enlarging, and grown to the circumference in radiative or spiring shape. 结果:细胞培养后三天各组均可见成骨细胞生长,而后数量均逐渐增多,并向周围呈放射状或旋涡状爬行生长。
