Objective: To evaluate the effects and techniques of stent placement in the treatment of transplant renal artery stenosis ( TRAS). 目的:探讨肾移植后肾动脉狭窄应用血管内支架治疗的方法和疗效。
Results ( 1) The technical success rate was 71.4% and 100%, while the restenosis rate was 20% and 22.2%, in PTA group and in stent group, respectively. 结果(1)PTA和内支架治疗TRAS的技术成功率分别为71.4%、100%,再狭窄率分别为20%、22.2%。

Conclusion ( 1) TRAS of type ⅰ and ⅱ is suitable for interventional therapy. 结论(1)Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型狭窄为介入治疗的良好适应证。
Materials and Methods Twenty patients with TRAS were treated with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty ( PTA) and/ or stenting. The technical success, restenosis and the influence of stenotic type on therapeutic result were analyzed. 资料与方法采用经皮血管内成形术(PTA)和/或内支架治疗20例TRAS患者,对其技术成功率、再狭窄率以及狭窄类型对介入治疗的影响进行分析。
Conclusion: PTA is a safe and effective means of management for TRAS. 结论:PTA可安全有效地治疗TRAS。
Conclusion Quantitative analysis of contrast enhancement ultrasound is an effective way to diagnose TRAS, and it has a bright prospect in clinical application. 结论移植肾超声造影定量分析是诊断TRAS的有效手段,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
TRAS patient's allograft renal artery which had been anastomosed end-to-end with internal iliac artery was shifted to end-to-side style with ( external) iliac artery at the second time, and came out with normal Scr one month postoperation. 1例将与髂内动脉端端吻合的移植肾动脉改为与髂外动脉端侧吻合,术后至今1个月,血肌酐降至正常水平;
Results: The images of transplant renal artery were enhanced at 22~ 32s after administration of contrast agents, and localized filling defect were seen in 12 cases with TRAS. 结果注射造影剂22~32s后移植肾动脉显影并呈带状增强,确诊移植肾动脉狭窄12例,移植肾动脉内均见造影剂局部充盈缺损。
