Methods: The clinical data of 6 cases of urethrorectal fistula treated with modified transperineal septal skin flap repair operation and 1 case treated by posterior sagittal approach from Jun. 1997 to Jun. 2002 were summarized.
方法：分析1997年6月～2002年6月采用改良的经会阴皮瓣间置修补6例低、中位尿道直肠瘘和经括约肌直肠后矢状入路修补1例高位尿道直肠瘘的治疗结果。
