This experiment regards fertile and infertile hens, ducks, geese and quails as experimental animals, and adopted the method of general anatomy, histology, histochemistry and electron microscope technology, combined function of oviduct to study morphology of uterovaginal sperm gland. 本研究为了探明禽类输卵管精子腺的解剖学、组织化学特性及超微结构特点,采用解剖学、组织化学及电镜技术,对鸡、鸭、鹅、鹌鹑的输卵管精子腺进行了形态学观察。
